Do you take insurance?
I am an in-network provider with United Healthcare, Cigna, Oscar, Aetna, Oxford, and BCBS.
Do you offer private pay?
Individual 45-55 minute sessions are $150 due at the time of service.
A limited number of sliding scale openings are available for those who qualify.
Where are you located?
I use a convenient Telehealth platform that is both HIPAA compliant and user friendly.
How do I get started?

What can I expect at my first session?
The first session is a time for us to go through your new client paperwork, and answer any questions or concerns you might have about the counseling process. We will discuss what is important to you to achieve or gain from your counseling journey, and we will come up with counseling goals. These goals may change or be updated throughout your time in counseling.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Your appointment and wellbeing is important to me. Out of respect for one another, as well as other clients, I kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule requests. The first time you have to miss an appointment, a courtesy will be applied and a note will be made. All future late cancellations will incur a full session fee.
